IAdea and co-exhibitors Accruent and IBM will feature their latest solutions for enabling a safer return to the office that is empowered by technology at World Workplace 2021 in Florida, USA. At this year’s show, attendees can experience IAdea’s integrations with Accruent’s EMS and IBM’s TRIRIGA IWMS platforms for solutions that solve the real-world issues that organizations face as they return to the office, including room reservation, wayfinding and physical access solutions.
“We at IAdea are excited to once again unveil our solutions at a live show where their capabilities can truly be demonstrated,” declared John C. Wang, CEO and Founder, IAdea. “Furthermore, we’re honored to be joined by both Accruent and IBM, and to be integrated into their world-leading IWMS platforms. With these mutual relationships, we can all further expand our offerings and ensure a safe and smart return for everyone to their workplaces.”
IBM TRIRIGA helps facility managers design safe and flexible workplaces, improve operational efficiency, and improve the overall occupant experience. By applying data and AI, users are better equipped to react quickly to changing scenarios, keeping people safe, while uncovering hidden savings. TRIRIGA gives you a suite of capabilities, including dynamic space planning, indoor mapping, and an AI assistant. You can also streamline leases, reduce the costs of capital projects, and deliver greater value to the bottom line. Monitor building and workspace occupancy to create the right workplace experience to keep users safe, connected, and productive.
The event will include a live demonstration of how the EMS and IAdea partnership enables on-the-go space management, thanks to the EMS space reservation and wayfinding solution integrated with IAdea’s digital signs and kiosks. The EMS Direct Spaces mobile app delivers a unified, mobile-first experience that allows users to book spaces with their smartphones. Users simply scan a QR code to reserve an open location, and they can filter their search by room type, capacity, setup type, floor plan and other requirements.
In addition, EMS’ wayfinding capabilities enable users to tap their location on a wayfinding kiosk for point-to-point directions that lead them to their destinations. Smart pathway algorithms help shorten travel time and improve ease of accessibility, and the solution updates automatically to avoid out-of-date or incorrect maps. Also, event attendees will experience first-hand how they can control access to a space via the door-locking feature, which automatically unlocks a door when a user checks into a room and locks it again when the user checks out of the space.
